Dear Sir:




I would like to protest the penalty for overnight parking in front of
my house.  Since I often return to work during the evening at the
laboratory at which I am employed, I sometimes leave the car in front
of the house.  On this occasion, I changed my mind, remained at home,
but forgot to move the car into the driveway.
